Idle hands don't do the devil's work. Leisure isn't the mother of all vices: it's the mother of creativity. That's why we're called Ocio.

Without artists, there is no tour

For over ten years, Capital Graffiti Tours has walked visitors through the streets of Bogotá, showing how Colombia's story is painted on its walls. From day one we knew one thing: the walls are only as powerful as the people who paint them.

So we started giving back. Part of every tip went into new murals and community projects. Two years ago we took the most direct step yet and opened Ocio Gallery, a street art gallery where the artists behind the walls show and sell their studio work.

Today more than 140 artists trust us with their work, and every month at least 40 of them sell a piece here. Every artist sets their own price and gets it in full. Thanks to the exchange rate, you take home original art at prices you won't find back home. Everyone wins.

What you'll find

From stickers, pins, books and t-shirts to the work on our walls: screen prints, engravings, photography and original paintings. Screen printing is our signature technique. Every color is pulled by hand, including metallic and gold inks that no digital machine can reproduce. We call it artisanal intelligence. High-quality digital prints are our most affordable pieces, screen prints are priced by their number of colors, and original paintings are one of a kind.

Taking it home

El ocio no es la madre de todos los vicios: es la madre de la creatividad. Por eso nos llamamos Ocio.

Sin artistas, no hay tour

Por más de diez años, Capital Graffiti Tours ha recorrido las calles de Bogotá mostrando cómo la historia de Colombia está pintada en sus muros. Desde el primer día supimos que los muros valen por quienes los pintan.

Por eso empezamos a devolver: parte de cada propina se reinvirtió en murales y proyectos comunitarios. Hace dos años dimos el paso más directo y abrimos Ocio Gallery, una galería de arte urbano donde los artistas detrás de los muros muestran y venden su obra de estudio.

Hoy más de 140 artistas nos confían su trabajo y cada mes al menos 40 venden algo aquí. Cada artista pone su precio y lo recibe completo. Gracias a la tasa de cambio, te llevas arte original a precios que no encontrarás en casa. Todos ganan.

Qué vas a encontrar

Desde stickers, pines, libros y camisetas hasta la obra en nuestros muros: serigrafías, grabados, fotografía y pinturas originales. La serigrafía es nuestra técnica insignia: cada color se imprime a mano, incluso tintas metálicas y doradas que ninguna máquina digital reproduce. Lo llamamos inteligencia artesanal. Las impresiones digitales de alta calidad son lo más asequible, las serigrafías dependen del número de colores y las pinturas originales son piezas únicas.

Llevártela a casa
